What Love Is… I Can Never Get Enough

You love these posts, so I keep writing them.

Love is… Rev. Jen knowing I’ve been hurt and letting me rest on her shoulder.

Love is… Mom Wendy reeling me back in a couple days later with a reminder that the world is changing.

Love is… Mom Wendy honestly evaluating my baked goods so we can figure out what’s wrong. At least I know now to add more sugar to the double chocolate muffins.

Love is… Alicia at work reminding me that she’s here with me too.

Love is… my Skirt Sisters welcoming me and helping me blossom.

Love is… possibly being baptized at Grace.

Love is… me sharing baked goods with my chosen family. Never seen so many people smile.

Love is… feeling safe in a church, when other places would bash me over the head with 7 scattered, out of context Bible verses.

Love is… Donna reminding me that my Mom is so proud of me!

Love is… Theresa and Iron Mom (OOTL) providing endurance reality checks.

Love is… Beth being amazed with my story and wanting to know more.

Love is… Jen knowing Wendy and I are meeting at Simpatico, and agreeing to meet Wendy there so she can give me a hug.

Love is… Sister Shelby with a bear hug.

Love is… my dad agreeing to make dinner so I can get my run in.

Love is… race directors helping me understand what I can do after I get my name changed.

Love is… Supervisor Donna with her morning check ins.
